Hello First Lutheran Preschool & Kindergarten Families
We want to thank you very much for all your recent donations to our class baskets. It is so phenomenal to see the amount of donations that came in to help support our school program. Our Basket Raffle is underway and we have a variety of baskets to choose from
Now the fun part begins…selling our raffle tickets!
The raffle tickets are $5.00 each and we are sending home 1 book of 12 for your family to sell. You can turn them in as you sell them and they can be purchased individually as well, not only as the book of 12. To sell more, come to the preschool office to turn in your sold tickets and we can issue you more. Or visit our Raffle table located in the foyer on select mornings through March. Make sure to designate by circling which baskets you want your raffle ticket to go towards.
Our goal is to sell 1600 tickets, raising over $8,000 for the preschool so we can do some upgrades on the playground & and add a climbing cave that has been on the wish list for the past couple years.
Please find enclosed the catalog and the raffle tickets. For those family and friends far away- send them a link to our school website at http://school.flrb.org, click the link to Basket Raffle on the homepage. In Special Events, you will find information about our Basket Raffle, the online catalog to view all the different items in each basket, and you can click the BUY NOW button to purchase using a credit card. Once we receive the payment via Pay Pal, we then will issue the raffle tickets to you via mail or pick up at the school.
The Basket Raffle drawings will be held on the evening of March 29, 2012 during our Art Walk- Ice Cream Social at the church. ( need not be present to win)
We thank you again for your generosity with the basket donations and we appreciate your time in the next couple weeks selling the raffle tickets. Our School, our Teachers and our Director Karen Beasley truly represent the best Preschool& Kindergarten around town. Let’s show them how much their efforts are appreciated with funding these items for the school.

There is an added Boating Raffle Basket that sell for $1.00. They are only available the school foyer at the raffle table. This includes a 4 hour boat ride on Lake Union, along with sunglasses for an adult and a child donated by Edmonds Vision Center and Seattle Boat Company.
